Mostash — AEO agency website
A design-to-block conversion for an AEO agency whose own site needed to live up to the standard they set for clients.
The Client
Mostash is an Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) agency with the tagline 'Get your SaaS cited by AI everywhere' — positioning brands at the top of ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity. They are trusted by 100+ SaaS and ecommerce teams, with documented client results including Shopify (60,000+ shops created) and Printful ($6.4M+ in partnership revenue). Their audience is marketing teams and founders navigating the shift away from traditional search.
The Brief
The agency's old site didn't reflect the quality of work they do for clients, and making routine copy updates required developer involvement — slowing their own marketing velocity at an agency whose core pitch is staying ahead of the curve.
What Shipped
Rebuilt the site on WordPress Full-Site Editing with Kadence Blocks, translating the design into a fully editable block system. The team can now update hero copy, add case studies, and modify layouts directly in the WordPress editor without writing a line of code.
How it was built
Block-based FSE architecture using Kadence as the block foundation, with custom CSS layered on top for brand-specific styling. Template parts cover the global header, footer, and sidebar, while individual page layouts are composed entirely from blocks — no shortcodes, no PHP overrides.
Translating a pixel-precise design into a block-editor-native layout required negotiating between design fidelity and editor flexibility, finding the right level of constraint so the client can edit freely without breaking the visual system.
Results & reach
Mostash now operates their own site with full editorial independence. Routine updates that previously required a developer handoff are handled in-house, reducing friction in their own marketing and content cadence.
